Our puppy wellness plan ensures that your puppy stays healthy from the moment you bring them home. Our comprehensive plan offers a packaged solution to all of the essential items needs to keep your new puppy healthy.

This includes:

1st Visit:

• Distemper, Parvo, Parainfluenza, Hepatitis
• Bordetella
• Corona
• 1st Deworming
• Single Dose Capstar
• 1st Dose Revolution

2nd Visit:

• Distemper, Parvo, Parainfluenza, Hepatitis
• Bordetella
• Corona
• 2nd Deworming

3rd Visit:

• K9 Influenza
• Leptospira
• Fecal Exam (Please Bring Stool Sample)

4th Visit:

• K9 Influenza
• Leptospira
• Rabies
• Microchip
• Heartworm Test
• Surgical Prep Bloodwork

Puppy Package Wellness Schedule

• No more than one cancellation per appointment.
• All treatments must be completed within a year of the purchase of the package.
• Microchip can be done at any time during the term of the package agreement.
• Heartworm test is recommended at the year termination of the package agreement.
• First Distemper, Parvo, Parainfluenza, Hepatitis shot is not included and will be charged separately at the time of enrollment at a 10% discounted price. (Most pets come with 1st shot already given..)
• Only 2 Leptospira vaccinations are included in the package as required for the health of your pet.
• Bloodwork is recommended to be completed at the time of surgical procedure.
• Only 1 Deworming Pill per deworming treatment, any additional pills required for accurate treatment of your pet will be charged at a 10% discounted price.
