Wellness Blood Testing

Recommended 1-2 times yearly. Yearly blood testing will help identify underlying problems with your pet's internal organ function that is not readily apparent on a Glossary Link physical examination. The screen evaluates things such as liver and kidney function, checks blood sugar and protein levels. The level of testing will depend on your pet's age and physical condition. Senior animals and animals on life-long medication are tested on a semi-annual basis due to their increased risk for disease.
